SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days from order date. Most orders placed before 12:00PM PST will be processed for same day shipping. All orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed over on Sunday or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Buyer will receive tracking information once package has been shipped by us.
We ship to U.S. and select International locations and offer flat rate shipping options. The shipping cost will be dictated by the total package weight and destination.
FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Angel Chateau offers international shipping to some countries. International shipping may take up to 30 days or more for your item to be delivered, depending on the country. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs if there is any. These charges are normally collected by the delivering (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Governmental regulations prohibit such practices.
All the items we sell is in stock. As we normally dispatch orders within 24 hours, If you wish to cancel an order, you should please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order number. If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and refund your order amount using via your original payment method, and we will confirm our action via e-mail. However, if the items have already been sent out, then you have to receive the package and ship it back. Once we receive the product, we will give you full refund.
We provide a 14 days return policy from the date item is shipped to the buyer. Before returning any item, please contact us prior to returning. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping cost. We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Returns must be with a tracking number. All items must be returned in original condition, with any and all original packaging. Items USED or DAMAGED will not be accepted as valid return. Before to ship any package, it goes through multiple checking to make sure that our customers receive the correct items they purchased. Any item returned other than in original state will not be eligible for refund.
**We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned after the 14-day warranty period.
